Yes! Every order includes information leaflets on how to cleanse and use your crystals. Jewellery items also come with a jewellery care card and a cleaning cloth to help maintain their shine.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition. If you need to return an item, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please allow up to 7 days for delivery, as postal times may vary.
